The Partner for Mid-Market M&A will have a broad and impactful range of responsibilities, including:
Business Development & Deal Origination
Proactively identify, cultivate, and secure a robust pipeline of M&A advisory mandates within the target mid-market segment (typically companies with enterprise values between $50 million and $500 million). Systematically build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of referral sources, including investment bankers, private equity firms, commercial lenders, attorneys, and wealth managers. Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary, senior-level point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
