Educational Background
A Ph.D. in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred. A Master’s degree combined with an exceptional record of industrial R&D leadership and innovation will be considered.
Executive Leadership Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in an industrial R&D setting, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership capacity (Director, Senior Director, or VP level) managing technical teams and multi-million dollar budgets.
