You will be the primary driver of the practice’s commercial success. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Los Angeles region. We are seeking a candidate with a distinguished career and a proven ability to lead and grow a significant consulting business. The ideal qualifications include:

Experience

A minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience, with a significant portion spent within a reputable management or technology consulting firm. At least 5-7 years of experience operating at a Partner, Principal, or Managing Director level, with direct P&L responsibility and a demonstrable track record of selling and delivering large, complex technology programs to financial services clients.

Industry Expertise

Deep domain expertise across one or more sectors of the financial services industry (e.g., retail/commercial banking, capital markets, asset and wealth management, insurance). Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s business processes, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

Technical Acumen

Strong strategic understanding of the technologies shaping the future of financial services.
