Product Vision and Strategy
Develop, articulate, and champion a compelling long-term product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Translate this vision into a clear, prioritized, and actionable product roadmap that delivers exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.
Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. Act as the central communication hub for the product, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
Team Leadership and Development

Roadmap Execution and Delivery

Data-Driven Decision Making
Champion a deeply quantitative and qualitative approach to product management. Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. Utilize data, user research, A/B testing, and market analysis to make informed decisions and validate hypotheses.

Become the foremost expert on our customers, the competitive landscape, and industry trends. Requirements for the Chief Product Officer with a PropTech Platform – Los Angeles, CA
Extensive Product Leadership Experience
A minimum of 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Product, Head of Product, CPO) managing and scaling product teams in a high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
PropTech Industry Expertise
Demonstrable experience and deep domain knowledge within the PropTech or Real Estate technology sector is highly preferred. A strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and opportunities within commercial or residential real estate, property management, or real estate finance is a significant advantage.
Proven Track Record of Scaling
A history of successfully scaling product organizations and delivering market-leading products from concept to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience managing a portfolio of products and navigating the complexities of a growing user base.
Technical Acumen
