Key Responsibilities of Chief Global Logistics Officer with a Major Food Distributor – Memphis, TN
Strategic Vision & Global Network Design
Develop, articulate, and implement a comprehensive global logistics and supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business objectives. Continuously evaluate and optimize the global network of distribution centers, transportation lanes, and 3PL partnerships to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Operational Leadership & Excellence
Direct and oversee all facets of global logistics operations, including freight management (ocean, air, ground), warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory control, and reverse logistics. Financial & Budgetary Management

Requirements for the Chief Global Logistics Officer with a Major Food Distributor – Memphis, TN
Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Executive Experience
