P&L Management & Financial Acumen

Assume full P&L responsibility for the entire commercial organization. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

Regulatory & Compliance Adherence

Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in strict compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines. Requirements for the Chief Commercial Officer with a Diagnostics Manufacturer – Irvine, CA

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial leader with a demonstrable track record of success within the life sciences industry. Specific qualifications include:

Executive Leadership Experience

A minimum of 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (e.g., CCO, VP of Sales & Marketing, General Manager) with significant P&L responsibility.

Industry-Specific Expertise

Deep and extensive experience within the medical diagnostics (IVD), medical device, or life sciences industry is mandatory. Specific experience in molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, or point-of-care testing is highly desirable.

Proven Track Record of Growth
