Key Responsibilities of SVP, Global HR with a Technology Services Firm – Denver, CO

As the SVP, Global HR, you will have a broad and impactful mandate. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Translate business strategies into actionable human capital plans that drive growth, profitability, and organizational effectiveness. Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and influence key business decisions.

Global Talent Acquisition & Management

Oversee the entire global talent lifecycle. Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent in a competitive technology market. Build a robust employer brand and sophisticated recruitment engine capable of scaling globally.

Organizational Design & Development

Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure the company structure supports its strategic goals. Drive key programs for performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee training to build a strong pipeline of future leaders and enhance overall capability.

Total Rewards Strategy

Design and administer a compelling and competitive global total rewards strategy. This includes executive compensation, broad-based compensation, equity programs, and comprehensive benefits packages that are both market-competitive and aligned with the company’s financial goals across different regions.

Culture & Employee Engagement

Serve as the primary steward of the company’s culture. Develop and champion initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Implement programs to measure and improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Architect and lead the company’s global DEI strategy. Implement programs and policies that promote a diverse workforce, an equitable workplace, and a culture of belonging. Track and report on DEI metrics to ensure meaningful progress.

HR Operations & Technology

Modernize and optimize the HR technology stack (HRIS, ATS, etc.) to drive efficiency, improve the employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure the integrity and security of all employee data.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues. Ensure the company is in full compliance with all labor laws and regulations in every country of operation, mitigating risk and ensuring fair and consistent practices.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Leadership

Play a key leadership role in the HR aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence, organizational integration, culture assimilation, and change management to ensure successful transitions.

Requirements for the SVP, Global HR with a Technology Services Firm – Denver, CO

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished executive with a proven track record of building and leading world-class HR functions in a global technology environment. The specific qualifications include:

Experience

A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role (VP or SVP) overseeing a global function within a technology, software, or professional services organization. Demonstrable experience in a company that has undergone significant growth and international expansion is essential.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or other relevant Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Certifications
