Strategic Planning Leadership
You will own and orchestrate the company’s annual and long-range strategic planning process. This involves collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, and other C-suite executives to define corporate priorities, set ambitious goals, and develop a comprehensive roadmap for achieving them. Your leadership will ensure that our strategy is not only visionary but also pragmatic, with clear alignment across all business units and functional departments.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
Continuously monitor and analyze the technology landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, disruptive technologies, and shifting customer behaviors. You will be responsible for transforming raw data and disparate information into synthesized, actionable intelligence that informs strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Growth Initiatives and Market Entry
Identify and champion new growth vectors for the company. This includes evaluating opportunities for geographic expansion, entry into adjacent markets, and the development of new business models. You will build comprehensive business cases for these initiatives, securing executive buy-in and providing strategic oversight through to execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment
Act as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will facilitate critical conversations and workshops to ensure that all departmental strategies are cohesive and fully aligned with the overarching corporate vision, breaking down silos and fostering a unified approach to achieving our goals.
