Strategic Value Creation Planning
Collaborate closely with deal teams and portfolio company management to develop and execute comprehensive 100-day plans and long-term value creation strategies. This includes defining key strategic priorities, setting aggressive but achievable performance targets, and establishing clear roadmaps for growth.
Operational Excellence and Process Improvement
Conduct deep-dive operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Lead the implementation of best practices in areas such as service delivery, customer success, sales operations, digital transformation, and back-office functions. Champion methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks to drive a culture of operational rigor.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Optimization
Work with portfolio companies to refine and scale their sales and marketing engines. Leadership Mentorship and Talent Development

Pre-Acquisition Diligence
Partner with the investment team during the due diligence process for new platform and add-on acquisitions. Provide critical operational insights, assess the target company’s operational capabilities and risks, and help build the post-acquisition integration and value creation thesis.
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
Lead or support the seamless integration of add-on acquisitions. Develop detailed integration plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that synergies are realized on schedule and within budget, while preserving the culture and momentum of the acquired business.
Performance Monitoring and Governance
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio. Prepare and present regular performance reviews to the firm’s investment committee and portfolio company boards, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Executive Leadership Experience
A minimum of 15+ years of progressive professional experience, including a significant tenure in a senior P&L leadership role (e.g., CEO, COO, President, General Manager) within a tech-enabled services or B2B/B2C services company.
Private Equity Exposure
Demonstrable experience working within the private equity ecosystem is essential. This could be as an Operating Partner at another firm or as a C-level executive in one or more private equity-backed companies, with a track record of successfully navigating the ownership lifecycle from acquisition to exit.
Proven Track Record of Value Creation
