JRG Partners, a premier executive search firm, is proud to announce an exclusive engagement on behalf of our client, a high-growth, market-leading services company backed by a prestigious private equity firm. Located in the dynamic business hub of Dallas, Texas, our client is poised for exponential growth through a combination of organic initiatives and a strategic acquisition strategy. We are seeking a world-class Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team and serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
This is not a typical CFO role; it is a career-defining opportunity to be at the helm of a rapidly scaling enterprise. The successful candidate will be a hands-on yet strategic leader, responsible for architecting and managing the financial infrastructure necessary to support significant growth and complexity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future, driving financial performance, executing on the M&A playbook, and ultimately preparing the company for a successful exit event.
The modern CFO is a key strategic partner, moving beyond traditional accounting to drive business performance, a trend highlighted by leading publications like the Wall Street Journal’s CFO Journal. This position requires a leader who can balance the demands of rigorous financial control and reporting with the strategic foresight needed to capitalize on market opportunities. If you are a results-driven finance executive with a proven track record of creating value within a private equity-backed environment, this role offers an unparalleled platform for professional and financial success.
