- Originate, structure, and negotiate complex credit facilities, including working capital lines of credit, term loans, acquisition financing, and commercial real estate loans.
- Masterfully cross-sell a wide array of bank products and services, including Treasury Management, International Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management, by collaborating with internal product partners.
- Represent the bank at industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Portfolio & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary, senior point of contact for a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, building deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and business owners.
- Conduct regular, in-depth client reviews to understand their evolving business needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively offer strategic financial advice and solutions.
- Manage the entire credit lifecycle for your portfolio, from initial underwriting and approval to ongoing monitoring and annual reviews, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Maintain pristine portfolio quality by identifying and mitigating potential risks, addressing delinquencies, and ensuring accurate risk ratings.
Leadership & Team Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Educational & Professional Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.

- Completion of a formal credit training program from a major financial institution is mandatory.
Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial or corporate banking, with at least 5 years in a senior relationship management or leadership capacity.
