Strategic Vision & Leadership

Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive, multi-year global procurement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives, growth plans, and financial targets. Act as a key strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights on market trends, commodity risks, and sourcing opportunities.

Global Sourcing & Category Management

Lead the strategic sourcing and category management for all direct and indirect spend, including raw materials, packaging, contract manufacturing, logistics, marketing, IT, and professional services. Implement sophisticated category strategies that optimize cost, ensure quality, and mitigate supply risk.

Financial Stewardship & Value Creation

Own and manage a multi-billion dollar global spend portfolio, delivering significant year-over-year cost savings and value creation. Develop and manage the annual operating budget for the global procurement function, ensuring all financial targets are met or exceeded.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

Risk Management & Compliance

Develop and execute a robust supply chain risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to supplier viability, geopolitical instability, commodity volatility, and regulatory changes. Sustainability & ESG Initiatives

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing a global, matrixed team.
