Strategic Technology Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term technology strategy and roadmap for the entire supply chain organization. Align technology initiatives with overarching business goals, ensuring systems architecture is scalable, secure, and supports future growth. Present strategy, progress, and ROI analysis to executive leadership and the board.
Systems Implementation & Optimization
Oversee the full lifecycle of supply chain system projects, from initial business case and vendor selection to implementation, integration, and post-launch optimization. Team Development & Management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Data Governance & Analytics

Vendor & Partner Management
Manage relationships with key technology vendors, software providers, and implementation partners. Lead contract negotiations, establish service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendors are held accountable for performance and delivery, maximizing the value of technology investments.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay at the forefront of emerging supply chain technologies, including AI/ML, IoT, robotics, automation, and blockchain. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MBA or MS) is highly preferred.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT and/or supply chain roles, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing supply chain systems and technology for a large, complex organization.
Industry Expertise

Strategic Acumen
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into a clear and actionable technology roadmap. Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive business performance. Experience with modern business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Expertise in change management principles and the ability to lead an organization through significant technological and process-related transformations.
