Capital Markets, Treasury, and Capital Allocation

You will be the primary steward of the company’s balance sheet and capital structure. This involves managing relationships with investment banks, commercial lenders, and credit rating agencies. You will lead all capital-raising activities, including debt and equity financing, to ensure the company has the necessary resources to fund its growth initiatives. You will be a crucial partner to the Corporate Development team in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and presenting recommendations to the executive team and Board. Post-acquisition, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth financial integration process.

Investor Relations (IR) Partnership

In close collaboration with the CFO and the Head of Investor Relations, you will help craft and communicate the company’s financial story to the investment community.
