As the SVP of Portfolio Management, your duties will be broad and impactful, encompassing leadership, strategy, and execution. You will be accountable for the following:
Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation
Lead the development, articulation, and implementation of the firm’s top-down investment strategy. Formulate capital market assumptions and translate them into strategic and tactical asset allocation models for various client risk profiles. Continuously evaluate and refine the investment philosophy to adapt to evolving market conditions and client objectives.
Portfolio Construction & Management
Oversee the construction and day-to-day management of discretionary investment portfolios. Ensure portfolios are optimally aligned with client-specific investment policy statements (IPS).
Risk Management & Mitigation

Investment Research & Due Diligence

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish clear metrics for evaluating portfolio and manager performance. Oversee the preparation of detailed performance attribution analysis and client reports. Investment Committee Contribution
Act as a senior, voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee. The successful candidate will be a distinguished investment professional with a proven track record of leadership and performance. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in investment management, with at least 7 years in a direct portfolio management role overseeing multi-asset class portfolios for high-net-worth or institutional clients. A demonstrable track record of successfully managing large asset pools through various market cycles is essential.
Leadership Experience
A minimum of 5 years of formal leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing a team of investment professionals.
Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s in Finance is strongly preferred.
Professional Designation
The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is required for this position.
Technical Expertise
