The President will have comprehensive oversight of the Denver division’s operations and strategy. Key responsibilities are broad and require a hands-on, yet strategic, approach:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year strategic business plan for the Denver division, aligning with the national corporate vision while tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Establish aggressive yet achievable goals for revenue, profit margins, market share, and operational performance.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to identify risks and opportunities, adjusting strategy as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

P&L Management & Financial Oversight

Operations, Construction, and Quality Control

Requirements for the President, Single-Family Housing with a National Developer – Denver, CO

Candidates must possess a distinguished track record of leadership and success within the homebuilding industry. The specific qualifications for this executive role include:

Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the residential homebuilding industry.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Division President, VP of Operations, VP of Land Acquisition) with full P&L responsibility for a significant homebuilding operation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the entire lifecycle of single-family residential development, from land acquisition and entitlement to construction and sales.
