The Plant Manager will be accountable for a broad spectrum of responsibilities critical to the success of the Corpus Christi petrochemical facility. These responsibilities demand a proactive, results-oriented approach and a deep commitment to operational excellence.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve production targets, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall plant profitability. Education

Experience
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in plant operations and management within the petrochemical, refining, or heavy chemical manufacturing industry.
