The Plant Manager will be accountable for a broad spectrum of responsibilities critical to the success of the Corpus Christi petrochemical facility. These responsibilities demand a proactive, results-oriented approach and a deep commitment to operational excellence.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve production targets, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall plant profitability. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline from an accredited institution is required. Experience
