Responsibilities:

As Program Manager – K-12 Schools Construction, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Oversee the planning and scheduling of multiple K-12 school construction projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenditures and ensure financial objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact with school boards and government agencies, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and building code requirements for educational facilities.

Qualifications:

To excel as Program Manager – K-12 Schools Construction, you should have:
