Responsibilities

As an Estimator, you will oversee financial planning and cost estimation for restaurant and retail construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment tailored to restaurant and retail projects.
  • Bid Management: Evaluate subcontractor proposals and develop competitive bids to secure contracts.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify potential financial risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
