Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical facilities.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and maintaining quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progress.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within mission-critical or high-stakes construction.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with project management software (Procore preferred) and risk management strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
