Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with specialized expertise in healthcare construction. This critical role is responsible for the complete oversight of planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, including compliance with healthcare regulations and ensuring minimal disruption to active healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage complex project schedules and budgets, guaranteeing the efficient use of resources and on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implement strict quality control and safety measures to meet the high standards required in healthcare construction.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project specifics, including safety hazards and compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, manage subcontractor contracts, and ensure all regulatory permits and inspections are handled properly.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in project management, with significant leadership experience in healthcare construction projects.
- Certifications: OSHA certification in construction safety is required; PMP or equivalent is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 per annum, based on experience.
