Responsibilities of Superintendent:
As the Superintendent for healthcare construction and renovation, you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with healthcare providers, architects, and engineers.
- Team Leadership: Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones with efficiency and precision.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility requirements, building codes, and safety protocols.
- A proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering them on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate effectively with teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Pmp certifications – not needed.
- Procure experience is a plus.
