- Team Coordination: Lead and direct contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor expenses, track timelines, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in managing multi-family housing construction projects.
- Proven expertise in budget management, scheduling, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulatory standards in Charleston.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
