Responsibilities:
As the Senior Project Manager for Mission Critical Construction, your responsibilities include:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client objectives and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all projects.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in mission-critical construction or similar industries.
- Proven expertise in managing large, high-stakes projects with strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team coordination and contractor management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
