Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Project Leadership: Lead multiple high-rise construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to design specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in managing high-rise construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management software (experience with Procore is a plus).
- Familiarity with Boston’s construction regulations and safety standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is preferred).
