Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale distribution or warehouse construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Providence, RI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
