Responsibilities:
As Project Manager – K-12 Schools Construction, you will:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from inception to completion.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and school officials to ensure smooth execution.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure costs align with financial goals.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for school boards, project consultants, and community stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate project delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
