Responsibilities of Project Manager – Aviation Construction:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for aviation construction projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Budget Management: Oversee project costs, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate delays and disruptions.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and airport authorities, ensuring project expectations are met.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations, airport guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing aviation construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management software (Procore preferred).
