Responsibilities of General Contractor – K-12 Schools/Public Works Construction:

As a General Contractor with this top builder, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Overseeing end-to-end project delivery for K-12 schools and public works, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Budgeting & Estimation: Developing accurate project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial control throughout the project.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all projects adhere to state regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinating with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications:
