As the Senior Superintendent, you will lead large-scale high-rise developments, coordinating teams to ensure these iconic structures are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities of Superintendent:
As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll have the unique role of ensuring safety standards, quality control, and seamless team operations directly at the project site. Key duties include leading field operations and supervising subcontractors and labor teams.
- Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise construction projects.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Stakeholder and Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide project updates and address challenges.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities meet safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates are skilled in hands-on construction management, with a strong knowledge of safety protocols (e.g., OSHA certification preferred) and experience managing daily on-site operations and staff coordination.
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale high-rise construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Pmp certifications – not needed.
- Procure experience is a plus.
