Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage restaurant and retail construction projects from concept through completion.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams of contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Budget Management: Develop and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing updates and addressing challenges.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing restaurant and/or retail construction projects.
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of design and construction trends in the restaurant and retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with clients and construction teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
