Responsibilities of the Construction Manager:
As a Construction Manager for K-12 schools construction, your responsibilities will include:
- Project Oversight: Manage the construction of K-12 facilities from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to streamline operations and maintain productivity.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and standards.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and optimize the use of materials and manpower.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
