Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:
As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and managing detailed project plans to ensure timely and cost-efficient project completion.
- Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, and controlling expenditures.
