As they continue to expand their global footprint, they are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Global Supply Chain to join their executive leadership team. This is a critical role responsible for architecting and executing a world-class, end-to-end supply chain strategy that is agile, scalable, and fully compliant with rigorous industry regulations.
The VP, Global Supply Chain will be a transformative leader, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will have complete ownership of all supply chain functions, including strategic sourcing, global procurement, demand and supply planning (S&OP), inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and global distribution. Strategic Leadership & Execution
Develop, articulate, and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives, growth targets, and long-range plans. Drive operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
End-to-End Supply Chain Management
Provide executive oversight for all facets of the supply chain, including demand forecasting, supply planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), master scheduling, strategic sourcing, procurement, and materials management.
Global Sourcing & Procurement
Lead the global sourcing and procurement functions to establish a robust and reliable supplier base. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key suppliers, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Lead complex contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms, quality, and delivery.
Inventory & Materials Management
Design and implement sophisticated inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels with working capital goals. Oversee inventory control, accuracy, and lifecycle management across a global network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
Logistics & Distribution
Direct all global logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations. Ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement and storage of raw materials, components, and finished goods, including management of cold chain logistics where applicable.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
Guarantee that all supply chain activities adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Technology & System Integration

Education

Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership capacity (Director, Senior Director, or VP) overseeing a global supply chain organization.
Industry Expertise
