Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan for the Retail Banking division. Product and Service Innovation
Oversee the entire lifecycle of retail banking products and services, from ideation and development to pricing, marketing, and performance management. Ensure the bank’s product suite (including checking, savings, consumer loans, mortgages, and small business products) is competitive, relevant, and profitable.
Risk Management and Compliance
Ensure all retail banking activities are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including BSA/AML, Fair Lending, and consumer protection laws. Partner with risk, compliance, and audit departments to maintain a strong control environment and proactively manage operational and credit risks.
Branch Network Optimization and Management
Strategically manage the physical branch network, including decisions on new locations, renovations, consolidations, and the integration of new technologies and service models. Ensure branches serve as effective centers for advice, complex transactions, and community engagement.

Educational Background
