Responsibilities of Sr. Superintendent:
As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll have the unique role of ensuring safety standards, quality control, and seamless team operations directly at the project site. Key duties include leading field operations and supervising subcontractors and labor teams.

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Team Coordination: Manage contractors, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage budgets to keep projects on track financially.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Compliance: Ensure all activities meet industry regulations and local building codes.

Qualifications:
