Key Responsibilities of Director of Facilities (Cleanroom) Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and execute long-range strategic plans for cleanroom facility infrastructure, capacity expansion, and technological upgrades. Cleanroom Operations & Maintenance Oversee all operational aspects of cleanroom environments (e.g., ISO Class 5-8), including HVAC systems, HEPA/ULPA filtration, environmental monitoring, critical utilities (WFI, CDA, N2, vacuum), and building management systems (BMS).
