JRG Partners has been exclusively retained by a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services organization headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee to recruit a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a key executive role responsible for financial stewardship across clinical operations, diagnostic services, outpatient centers, physician groups, and value-based care initiatives.
As the senior financial leader, the CFO will architect the company’s financial strategy, optimize operational performance, and partner closely with clinical executives to enable sustainable growth in a complex and rapidly evolving healthcare environment. The role requires a sophisticated understanding of payer economics, reimbursement models, revenue cycle processes, and multi-location P&L management.

The CFO will report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, playing a mission-critical role in scaling the financial infrastructure, strengthening payer relationships, managing budgeting and forecasting, and enabling smart capital allocation across new service lines, clinical programs, and acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
The CFO will lead all financial, strategic, and operational finance activities across the healthcare enterprise.
Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis

Strategic Leadership: Develop multi-year financial strategies to support clinical expansion, geographic growth, and service line diversification.
Forecasting & FP&A: Build sophisticated forecasting models tied to patient volume trends, payer mix shifts, and reimbursement rate dynamics.
