JRG Partners has been exclusively retained by a fast-growing, multi-property casino and gaming enterprise in Las Vegas, Nevada to recruit a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a mission-critical executive leadership position with full ownership of enterprise financial strategy across casino gaming, hotel operations, food & beverage, entertainment venues, loyalty programs, and digital gaming initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial strategist who deeply understands the unique regulatory, operational, and compliance challenges of the casino and gaming industry. This role requires a leader who can elevate financial performance, optimize cost structures, guide capital strategy, ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, and partner closely with operations to drive revenue expansion in an increasingly competitive gaming environment.
About the Organization
Our client operates a diverse and expanding portfolio of gaming properties, including casinos, hotels, integrated resorts, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and sports wagering environments. With recent investments in digital gaming and hospitality modernization, the company is entering a new phase of accelerated growth and operational transformation.
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, serving as the key financial advisor for strategic planning, M&A activity, investor relations, and long-term capital allocation. Key Responsibilities
The CFO will oversee all facets of financial management across casino, gaming, and hospitality divisions.
Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis

Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-range financial strategies aligned with organizational growth, digital innovation, and market expansion.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee enterprise budgeting, multi-property forecasting models, departmental performance reviews, and scenario planning.

15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with at least 7+ years in CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Finance leadership roles within casino, gaming, or large-scale hospitality organizations.
Casino/Gaming Expertise: Strong command of NGCB regulations, gaming audits, slot/table operations, cage/cash management, loyalty economics, and hospitality revenue cycles.
P&L Ownership: Proven track record managing multi-property P&L, capex programs, and enterprise-level budgets.
Strategic Finance: Demonstrated success in forecasting, FP&A, operational analytics, and business intelligence adoption.
Capital Markets: Experience in debt financing, refinancing, investor relations, or supporting publicly traded or PE-backed companies.
