Strategic Supply Chain Leadership & Planning
Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, growth targets, and market demands within the chemical industry. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans across procurement, logistics, inventory, and S&OP functions.
End-to-End Supply Chain Optimization
Oversee and optimize all facets of the supply chain, from strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging, through manufacturing support, warehousing, transportation, and final distribution of chemical products. Focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels across the entire value chain.
Procurement & Supplier Relationship Management
Lead procurement strategies, including supplier selection, negotiation of contracts, and management of key supplier relationships. Logistics & Transportation Management
