Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive, multi-year global procurement technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives, financial goals, and operational priorities.
Act as the primary thought leader on procurement digitalization, staying abreast of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and blockchain and evaluating their potential application within the aerospace supply chain.
Lead the business case development, financial justification, and executive-level presentations for all major technology investments, ensuring clear ROI and value proposition.

Educational & Professional Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing procurement technology, systems, or digital transformation.
Direct experience within the aerospace, defense, or a comparable, highly regulated industrial manufacturing (OEM) environment is mandatory.
