Jim Gaudette, founder and President of JRG PARTNERS, INC., specializes in recruiting senior executives for venture and technology companies. His clients range from emerging technology start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in enterprise software, telecommunications, semiconductor, storage, and consulting services. Jim's impeccable track record, history of exceeding client expectations, and flexible, service-based approach have led him to become one of the nation's leading search consultants.

Prior to founding JRG PARTNERS, Jim was a Vice President and Principal with a boutique technology search firm and a highly successful recruiter with Christian & Timbers. In addition to his experience as a search professional, Jim led a successful business development and sales career with two public technology companies. Jim is a member of the Massachusetts Software & Telecommunications Councils, as well as the Brown and WPI Venture Forums. He is also a Parish Council member, Eucharistic Minister, and Lector at Holy Angels Parish in Upton. Jim holds an MBA from Boston College, and a B.A. in Psychology from Colby College.

Outside of work, Jim spends time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys playing basketball, gardening, golfing, reading and running.
